Questions, squeezed.
Everything about the $39 offer, Lem itself, shipping and returns. Can’t find it? Email care@hellonancy.com.
The offer
Is $39 really the final price?
Yes. With code LEMONADE, Lem drops from $89 to $39 at checkout on hellonancy.com, and US shipping is free, so the total for Lem is $39 before any sales tax your state charges. The free mystery gift is added at $0.
How do I use code LEMONADE?
Tap any "Claim" button on this site. It opens your hellonancy.com checkout with Lem in the cart and LEMONADE already applied. Prefer to type it? Add Lem to your cart on hellonancy.com and enter LEMONADE in the "Discount code or gift card" box.
What is the mystery gift?
A surprise from Nancy, added free to US orders that use the code while the promotion runs. We keep it a secret on purpose.
Can I combine LEMONADE with another code?
Nancy's checkout takes one discount code per order, so LEMONADE replaces any other code you enter.
The code didn't apply. What now?
Make sure Lem is in your cart, remove any other code, then try again or use the Claim button on this page, which applies LEMONADE automatically. Still stuck? Email care@hellonancy.com.
Does it work outside the US?
Checkout shows prices in your local currency and the discount converts with it. Free shipping and the mystery gift on this page are for US orders; shipping costs elsewhere are shown at checkout.
Lem
What is Lem?
Lem is Nancy's lemon-shaped clitoral massager. It uses air-pulse suction rather than plain vibration, has 12 intensities and patterns, and is made from medical-grade silicone.
Is it waterproof?
Yes, Lem is rated IPX7, so it's fine in the bath or shower and easy to rinse clean.
How quiet is it?
Lem's motor runs under 50 dB. Lower settings are quieter still.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 120 minutes of use from a full charge, which takes about 90 minutes. Lem charges by USB-C or magnetic cable; your Lem may arrive with either.
Is Lem good for beginners?
Yes. Lem was designed with first-time suction users in mind. Start on the lowest setting, go slowly, and only move up when you want more.
How do I clean it?
Rinse with warm water and mild soap before and after use, then pat dry. Use a water-based lubricant rather than silicone-based, which can wear silicone surfaces.
Shipping and returns
Is shipping discreet?
Yes. Orders ship free within the US in plain outer packaging that doesn't say what's inside. You'll get tracking by email once it ships.
How long does delivery take?
You'll get tracking by email as soon as your order ships. International orders usually take around 7 to 10 days.
What if Lem isn't for me?
Nancy has a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Unopened items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Because Lem is an intimate product, opened items are covered by Nancy's Pleasure Guarantee: a one-time exchange for a different product or store credit. If it arrives damaged or faulty, Nancy replaces it free. Lem also has a 12-month warranty.
Does Lem have a warranty?
Yes, 12 months. If Lem stops working properly in that time, email care@hellonancy.com and Nancy will sort it out.
